Urban visionary and one of the founders of the Silver Spring Sichuan Bistro defines entrepreneurial commitment to both cuisine and community. Her Red Pepper and Tea Horse Sichuan Bistros have quickly become community dining landmarks. In the Chinese community, Ms. Wu is affectionately known as “Sister Ping.” She has been a strong advocate for women’s health issues, such as, breast cancer and domestic violence.
